Let’s be real. It’s hard to feel like a Boss with a capital “B,” when you’re wondering if the person that smells a little less than flattering is you.

We’ve all been there. Running around knocking tasks off the to-do list when you suddenly realize that your deodorant quit working way before you did. So, you sneak off to the ladies’ room or make a pit stop at the drugstore to buy a new stick, to reapply.      

I reluctantly admit that this embarrassing chain of events has happened to me once twice a few times before, so I was more than intrigued when Dove sent me a sample of its new line of to try out.

So, Here’s the Skinny:

There are 17 scents of Dove Advanced Care and I tried Soothing Chamomile. It smells awesome and a little like a light aromatherapy candle. My underarms totally felt noticeably smoother after each use. I chalk this up to the fact that like its bar soap, Dove Advanced Care is made with ¼ moisturizers and NutriumMoisture.

I used it for a few days while I was working and didn’t have to reapply once. Dove Advanced Care provides 48-hour odor and wetness protection, which is amazing. I shower every day so I didn’t get to test the effectiveness of going two days straight without reapplying, but I did use it during the final days of New York Fashion Week.  

It was fabulous to feel dry as a cucumber throughout my crazy, hectic schedule of shows, previews, events and story deadlines. I’m glad I tried Dove Advanced Care and upgraded my deodorant because my life is way too busy to bother with products that don’t keep up with me.
