31 Aug eHarmony Wants To Make Your Work Place More Compatible Too
In less than six weeks, I’ll be a married lady all thanks to the digital matchmaking service, eHarmony (and of course my fabulous fiancée). The online dating service, which uses the scientific method to pair couples is looking to take that same approach to making sure people are in love with their jobs.
According to Gallup, more that 70% of Americans are unhappy with their current job and eHarmony’s new professional matching service Elevated Careers is out to change that. Elevated Careers believes that if jobs and employees are matched based on compatibility, people will be much more satisfied and fulfilled in their jobs, and companies will have higher rates of employee retention, motivation, engagement, and productivity.

Since the new service doesn’t launch until 2016, we’ll have to wait to see if the dating savants can strike lightening twice. In the meantime, interested job seekers can sign up for notifications and updates on the ElevatedCareers website. Considering eHarmony is responsible for nearly 160,000 marriages each year, I’d bet they can help at least a few people find more satisfying jobs.
