Everyone should gain learn how to speak in public. It’s a life skill that can help propel careers in various fields. Know Your Topic
Do enough research for the speech and then a little more so that you can speak with authority ans answer questions.

Toastmasters clubs are all over the world and meet at a variety of times in order to reach as many people as possible. Visit a Toastmasters group and practice your skills in a safe space until you are an expert.
