The Things task manager helps break down assignments into smaller pieces and create a checklist.  You review the list on a daily basis and decide what you’ll do today, tomorrow, and never (by delegating).  The app allows you to put a time limit on tasks and group them by category.  If you think of another detail when you’re away from the office, you can add tasks on your iPhone, and Things will sync your to-do list across your devices.  Instead of making a mental note, make a note on Things, and you’ll never forget another errand.

CalenGoo:  Streamline the calendar
