When Oprah Winfrey holds an event, you know you’re in for a powerful day. As part of Oprah’s The Life a you Want Weekend in Atlanta, Bounty and My Black is Beautiful held a Breakfast Power Meet-up networking event in O Town (yup, she had a town) at Centennial Park. Hosted by celebrity chef, author and TV host Carla Hall, the event brought together some of the most dynamic women in Atlanta for a morning of inspiration.

The event included a panel moderated by Hall and two powerful influencers from the local ATL area: Karmetria Burton, General Manager ‐ Supplier Diversity for Delta Airlines and Nicole Jones, founder of Honesty. The ladies opened up and shared real tips on how to ignite your passion and “Bring It” every day to create the life you want.

The morning festivities continued with attendees receiving head massages from Pantene and skin consultations from Olay. O Town guests were also treated to an inspirational photo experience and product samples from Crest, a washable fashion demonstration from Tide and a motivational wall from Bounty.

Carla Hall also treated fans to a cooking demonstration that focused on 15 minute meals you could make at home using Kroger Simple Truth products.

Hall also delighted fans with an autograph signing and photographs. She also proved to apt at capturing the perfect group selfie.

Oprah’s The Life You Want Weekend is an eight city traveling motivational tour that runs through November 2015. If you’re looking to be inspired, I can think of no better way to spend a weekend.
